I purchase this for my Mother in-law. She suffers from puffy eyes and she thinks this is a miracle cream. She has tried other top end products that state they reduce puffiness and none of them work at all. She was all out a couple of weeks ago and I could visible see the difference in her appearance. Highly recommended. And Petals.ie are very efficient.
