Payment Method

We accept all major credit cards to pay for purchases.

All online payments are processed by PayPal. During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter credit card information on secure PayPal pages, and then will be immediately returned to our site to complete your transaction.

Note: To pay through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account, just your credit card details.

VAT

VAT of 21.5% is included in the prices of all our products, and will be detailed in your order, and in your purchase invoice.

Delivery

We use An Post Courier services for next day delivery within Ireland.

We do not currently offer delivery outside Ireland.

For purchases up to  €150, the cost for delivery is €6.00.
For purchases over €150, delivery is free. 

We hold stock of most items and aim to despatch regular orders within 24 hours of receipt. You should receive your parcel within 2-3 working days.

Your order will require a signature on delivery. If you know you are not going to be at home at the time of delivery, please provide us with an appropriate delivery address. We will happily deliver to your work address if you are not at home during the day. Please be sure to include both your billing address and your delivery address at the checkout.

Hampers are for collection or delivery within the local area only. 

RETURNS POLICY

Returning damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us using any of our contact details listed below. Be sure to include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Also, please specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.

We will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Please Note:
Be sure to send your return via registered post. We will not be responsible for lost returns.

Returning unwanted items

Under consumer law, you as a consumer are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 days, beginning on the day that you receive the product.

If you decide to return and unwanted item, please notify us using any of our contact details listed below. Items must be unopened and unused, and in their original packaging.

Please allow 3 weeks for returns to be processed.
